Bridgwater MP Sir Ashley Fox has announced the winner of his local Christmas card competition, following the receipt of over 300 fantastic festive entries from primary school children across the constituency.
Ashley Fox said, “I have been truly amazed by the creativity and festive spirit shown by all the children who took part in this competition. It was a joy to see such a wide range of beautiful designs.”
The winning design was submitted by Owen, Year 6, from Somerset Bridge Primary School. Owen’s festive artwork will be featured on Ashley’s official Christmas card this year and sent out to people across the constituency and the Prime Minister.
Sir Ashley Fox added, “The number and quality of the submissions made it incredibly difficult to choose just one winner. I want to congratulate everyone who took part, and I’m proud to see so many children expressing their creativity and Christmas cheer through their artwork.”
