Today the local Conservatives secured two election successes in Town Council by-elections.
The first was for the Bower ward on Bridgwater Town Council. Diogo Rodrigues gained the seat from Labour after a well fought campaign.
The second victory came from Alastair Hendry for the by-election Burnham and Highbridge Town Council. Alastair gained his seat from the Liberal Democrats.
